This Pizza Hut has always had many problems for the longest time and its all because eighter the Store Manager or the Management Team. This is also not a Company store , its a franchise named RLLW Inc.

This Pizza Hut (SDSU Pizza Hut) is very currupt indeed. There has been more than 5 Store Managers since 1995 and all the Management Team is always continously being replaced or fired.

The processes of this company involves many complaints from all different employees and customers. Employees own checks have bounced from checks issued at Bank of America. Food orders have been delayed, locked out orders from Vendos of this company due to delquent accounts and failure to pay. Hours being stolen from employees in order to lower the stores labor cost have constantly been reported to HR.

Through the customers eyes they face this company using old pizza dough and expired food products in order to safe Store Managers Food Cost. Salads are days and days old and never rotated or checked to see if they are expired. Personals are used from previous days and vegitables are stale and rotten (Don't ever order tomatoes and chicken or pork alone).

This company is also known to hire illegal aliens not hired to work in the USA. Some are these illegal aliens are here on student visas from other countries (like Brazil) and are not authorized to work accourding to the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (Formely INS and Dept. of Justice). Workers use fake social security cards, permits, green cards to work. Employees that are authorized to work in the USA face losing hours by these illegal aliens as they cut their hours. Drivers are also never audited to show proff of insurance or license status. Also there is unathorized drivers that are not supposed to be driving like Managers, cooks (with no license sometimes),
drivers with suspended license or insurance.

This company charges alot of money for their products (Ouch $16.99 for a Large Pan Super Supreme) So where is all this money going to? Not their employeess all employees execpt Managment gets paid minimum wage (Currently $6.75). The Management Team makes $8.50 with paid vacations and bonuses , however you have to work atleast 32 hours throughout the whole year to get paid vacations and bonuses very rarely happen. The store Managers make about $1090.00 on salaray regardless of hours worked (Ususually 45-50 Hours) paid vacations and bonuses with hardly any vacation or bonuses ever happening.

This store in particular is doing bad ever since it has open having labor and sales problems and money problems. The store has been robbed and has had a member of the store lose or steal a store deposit.

So for all you people wondering out thier how come no one ever does anyting guess why? This is a franchise that doesn't really care about its employees ( Supposebly its number 1 ingredient)I think the corporation should really pay more attention to this store in particular and all the other stores of this franchise.

So for all you out there that want to order Pizza make sure its Papa Johns "Better Ingredients, Better Pizza" I wouldn't order Pizza Hut ever!
