I hired Richard (Mike) Garner to remodel my attic in Blair Farms. We signed a contract and I paid him over $21,000 dollars. After his employees cut a whole in my roof for a new dormer they then walked off the job which resulted in water damage to my home. Mr. Garner’s work did not pass the Morehead City Inspection Division’s inspection.
