August 27th I started as a trainee for $17/hour. September 18th I was assigned my own truck, at this moment I should have been given regular pay which is $20/hour. Afterwards, R&M insists that I come in on Saturday for an drive evaluation so I can start getting my regular pay. I explained that coming on Saturdays wasn’t an option due to my obligations. They agreed that I can come in 15-30 minutes early on the 24th to do my evaluation. I came in and they weren't available. I attempted the same thing the next day with the same results. Considering I did the job of regular driver, I don’t think it’s unreasonable to feel I should have been paid as such. R&M Trucking owes me $685.53 for the pay period of 9/26/18 - 10/24/18 for doing the duties of an regular driver and not being compensated.
