Ordered online color looked like royal blue in chart. arrived too purple to be worn in my hospital dept. RMF stated I would pay a restock fee. would rather waste the entire amount instead of letting them make more money when they resell scrubs again. never even taken out of the pkg.

Please note that according to our policies posted on our website under icon "Ship and Return", in case of return customer will have to send on his own and amount will be refunded after deducting Re-stocking and Shipppine handling, as we are selling a good product against very very low prices therefore return/exchange cost look high although our competators are charging the same or more return/exchange amount, as only new customer will like like to exchange therefore we have taken special approval from our management to give upto 30% discount in new sale which is less than return/exchnge cost and the products already receive will stay with customer so that customer can recover losses by selling / gift / charity the products already received. Regards
