To all of the nursing graduates who are preparing for the NCLEX. RNQuiz.com offers you a membership for $49.95 but the questions they have on there are nothing near the NCLEX type of questions. After 30 minutes I tried to get a refund stating I wasn't happy with the type of questions they had on their website they responded with an automatic message saying they would only give me a refund if I failed the NCLEX. They have many spelling errors which is bothersome. They don't have a phone number listed to contact customer service. And their live chat has no available support person. Their questions are not the NCLEX type of questions..

As the founder of CareerQuiz, Inc. the parent company of RnQuiz.com I find it very disturbing that one member can have a problem with our refund policy after using the material and simply click on a link and place a "Rip-Off Report". With that said, let me clear the air on this matter.
RnQuiz.com unlike most prep websites offers a 100% Moneyback Guarantee that we will assist you pass your NCLEX-RN exam or RnQuiz.com will give you a FULL refund of $49.95. No Gimmicks. Once a member creates a username and password, that member has full access to all the study materials and is able to download them to their personal computers. You can not a expect a prep site to just give you the material and then refund you the money once you have downloaded and used the material.
We have thousands of very HAPPY members that have used the study materials and passed their respective NCLEX-RN exams. If we didn't we wouldn't offer a 100% moneyback guarantee that you will pass. Every member that has e-mailed us that they did not receive an "above passing standard" on the NCLEX has been given a full 100% refund.
If the person that created this bogus complaint did not pass, they should contact us at refund@rnquiz.com and ask for their refund. Thank you for your time.

Hi all,
I see that it has been awhile since anyone has commented on rnquiz, so I figured I would tell ya all what I thought. I found this site (rnquiz) while doing a internet search. I found that they must have changed the way that they run this site. They did have sample questiones that I could review prior to my purchase. I also found that the greatest part of this web site was the "Ask the Prof" section. I was having a hard time with the math. The Prof would respond to my (some times silly) questiones quickley and professionaly. I also must add that while I was studying to take my test for the 3rd (and final) time, they added more test questiones.
Any way this is just my 2 cents. Good luck to everyone studying for the test.

I have to tell you all that as of 11/30/2010 I am now known around town as RN Grey. I used rnquiz after I graduated from school and I must say, I loved this web site. Every thing I needed was there. I really didn't notice to many spelling errors nor did I notice a problem with the study material as others have stated. I just finished reading some of the other reports about this site (look up) and all I can say is that they must have corrected the problems that have been mentioned. One of the best things about this site was that it was affordable, I have just finished school and I have a LOT of loans to pay back so $50. really wasnt a big hit for me.
My opinion and thats all that this is, MY opinion. This web site works give it a shot. Good luck with your test.
Proud to be RN Grey

I used this site. I found it really helpful. I signed up for a couple of different review classes and websites. A first I was not sure how helpful it was, but as I compared it to the other sites and classes realized that it provided everything I needed.
Over the past couple of weeks I saw that the they added tests. I found that theses tests were much different. I had to think much more to answer them.
I really had to study though. The information was there, I just had to work to get it in my brain.
Good Luck

I have used RNquiz and I have read the reviews. Now let me tell you my opinion on this matter. I found RNquiz 1 day when I was searching the WEB looking for help with the NCLEX. I came upon this site and was not sure if I wanted to join. I don't have a lot of money to waiste and the price was resonable but as you know $50 is $50.. I must say I am glad I joined.. The study material was great and as a matter of fact 4 of my class mates and I would get together every Thursday night and use RNquiz to test each other. We would take turns reading out the quiz questiones and then take turns answering them (we turned the site into a study GAME). We would use the info to cram for the NCLEX and then when the day came for us to take the NCLEX we were all verry comfy. I must tell you that only 3 out of the 4 of us passed but that was not due to the lack of info on the site, it was due to a illness that she suffered a week befor the test. So as you can tell my vote for RNquiz is TWO THUMBS UP..

Dear Unhappy,
I've tried the NCLEX 4 times. I also tried Kaplan and PearsonVue on my last 3 times and wasn't too impressed. I thought I would try RNQuiz, mainly because of the price, but was very skeptical. I can honestly say, that although I did notice a few typos, I learned more using their test banks than either of the other sites. I really didn't study that hard on the site, but managed to pass with 80 questions. Are they the best? Don't know. But did it work in my case? Absolutely. I was actually thinking about throwing in the towel. GL on you test, and don't give up.

RNQuiz.com update

The website states it is a website designed to prepare graduate nurses for The NCLEX and I simply disagree that the types of questions are far away from NCLEX types of questions. I know this from experience since I have multiple NCLEX books I study such as Hurst, Kaplan, Lippincott's, Saunders. And to Bob who says that RNQuiz.com worked for him: Fine it might have worked for you but this still doesn't change the fact that they have no sample questions before signing up to view, no contact number for any concerns or questions, many spelling errors made, and questions being far away from what they ask in the NCLEX.
I just think it is deceiving that's all. Hey Bob, what gave you an idea that I don't study? How do you assume that I don't study based on my dissatisfaction with a website? I don't get some people. Since my graduation I have taken over 3000 questions my friend. I have been studying for 2 months everyday now and I have not taken the NCLEX yet so.. I am sure nurses who designed RNQuiz.com had good intentions but they definitely need to make some changes and offer more support to its consumers when they need it. Perhaps it was my fault to think that this website would have some great questions and to decide to make the purchase without thinking about it harder but this still doesn't change the fact that as RNs who took the NCLEX in the past should know that NCLEX questions are much different than the ones on their website that they offer.
