Since the posting of this report the other day, my customer service department has been working diligently to locate a customer by the name of Robert, Rob, or Bob that has moved either to or from Pennsylvania. We have even gone as far as requesting that the company that backs up the files from our moving program conduct a search for the above referenced parameters. Unfortunately, we have not been able to locate a person by that name.

We would like to state that here at Roadway Moving & Storage, Inc. we put our customers and employees first. Over the last six years, we have worked hard to ensure customer satisfaction and to present the consumer with the best possible service that we can deliver. We have not just built a business, but we have transformed a culture of how to service clients. By applying ethics, credibility, and transparency to an industry that is lacking, we have not only set the standard, but we continually strive to raise it.  

But, due to unforeseen circumstances, things can go wrong and mistakes can happen, as with any other business. When they do go wrong, we do not ignore the fact, we work with the customer to close the claim, sometimes going above and beyond the norm, just to keep the customer satisfied. Roadway Moving & Storage maintains our own fleet of 16 tractor trailer and 21 trucks, so we do not have a necessity for subcontracting out moves. We take great pride in the employees that we provide to customers, knowing full well that all have been screened and checked prior to employment. As you can clearly see by our record, we do not have a history or a pattern of complaints. We do admit that damages occur during the transportation process, but in the history of this company, we have never had any television or electronics go missing.

Due to standards that we strive for and the precedence of customer satisfaction, Roadway Moving & Storage Inc. has become that fastest growing moving company on the east coast. It is with that reasoning, that we feel that the report that was posted was done by a rival competitor. Please note that the body of work seems very hastily written, with a multitude of grammatical errors.

In an effort to either prove this factual, or, in turn, to assist a customer that has a grievance, we are kindly asking for this person to either provide us, or Rip Off Report, with the reference number and a copy of the Bill of Lading from the move. If this is an actual client, we will be more than happy to initiate the claims service, and make sure that they are ultimately satisfied.
