Rob Lyszczarz is as shady as they come. We heard all sorts of stories before having dealings with him about tax evasion with the IRS and how he exploits people. Even though he is in NJ, Rob has real estate in Vermont as well. He tried to illegally evict friends of mine who were renting from his property. These friends contacted me and I advised them to reach out to a lawyer. Rob tried to re-draft the lease contract so that he could legally evict these tenants but their lawyer caught his small print and advised that they don't sign anything. Half way through their lease he illegally entered without 24 hours notice the appartment and encountered one of the tenants in underwear. When the tenant confronted Rob about following VT law on entering his appartment he pushed the young man in the shoulder and told him "F you, I will throw your stuff out in the snow". The young man contacted local police and Rob was warned that if he did anything like that again he would be arrested. 

Stay far away from this man he will only mess with your livelyhood.
