Books Good MENTORING BS

AUTHOR: Bridgett - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, June 25, 2005

I went in on the mentoring about 6 months ago, my price $7500. If I find someone else paid $1500 for what I paid $7500 for I will sue the pance off these people. The books gave me great information. Some of it is outdated and not relevant to my area but other then that it was good. The mentoring was a joke. They call you on the phone and give you the same stuff you just read out of the books in about a half hour and then drop you. Just get the books. Don't let them scam you into the mentoring.

David, if you read this please contact me at birdalto@yahoo.com. I also am in the Everett area and the one thing I haven't been able to do is brake into the market with no money down because of the compitition in the area. My husband just lost his job and I am desprate to get income coming in. I'd love to speek about partnering with you.

Multiple Streams of Income - Real Estate

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 17, 2005

I bought Robert Allen's book Multiple Streams of Income in a used book bin for $7. After reading it I also downloaded 4 e-books from his website at a cost of around $20 total.
I was contacted regarding the mentoring, and found the sales personnel to be very demanding.
I declined on the "mentoring" after feeling that the sales personnel basically try to sell it to you for as much money as they think you will pay.

However, I did use the information contained in the books. In the last 11 months I have purchased 7 houses for no money down. Currently I am making approximately $3200 / month after expenses. The extra $3200 / month made it possible for my wife to quit her job and stay home with our children.

Robert Allen's information did help me to avoid some costly mistakes.

I've found that an experienced real estate agent is worth their weight in gold to anyone who's looking to get into rental property.

Real estate needs to be treated just like stocks or bonds, or any other financial instrument. Intrinsic to investing is the possibility that you can lose money. There's no such thing as a sure thing, but a well informed investor has a much better chance of success.

Stick to the books, and find local real estate and mortgage professionals who can help you face to face.

Just got off the phone with PMG Mentors, I'm really glad I came to this site.

AUTHOR: Kyle - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 17, 2004

I bought the $39 Robert Allen package for download and was just contacted by PMG Mentors. The "bracketing" which was mentioned above is completely true. They ask you very detailed financial question about your amount of open credit cards and available balances. They also ask about lines of credit and rent payments. I firmly believe that this is all to see how much they can extract from you in return for this 1 on 1 PHONE mentoring.

When I mentioned this to the person on the phone, he got slightly riled and said that $1,500 and up is the charge. When I pressed him for what the variations are on the program, he said that his manager would have to address this.

My gut says that these guys are predatory telemarketers and to stay far away. How much could you possibly gain from a PHONE mentor anyway?

If It Sounds To Good?

AUTHOR: Randy - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 18, 2004

Okay we have all heard these age old words of wisdom: "If it sounds to good to be true ,it probably is". The beauty of life is that the wise who have travelled through life before us have taken the time to lay down warnings.

I to had seen Robert Allens $39? ad .The money was such a trivial amount that I decided to check it out just for fun. The website asks for your personal info and then asks that you respond to certain questions which require input on your part of future desires, dreams and goals.I tossed in this bit of information. I was then asked if I wished to be contacted by someone from the Allen group ,I clicked no . About three days later I received a phone call from a gentleman representing the Allen Group. Upon answering this call I polititely asked what I could do for him.His reply was "Im calling to see what we can do for you as you requested we call you. This turned me off right away and because of such tatics I would never do further business with Robert Allen. After telling this gentleman that I did not request a call he promptly said "Why did you put in the information on the internet then about your goals"? I advised him that it was requested prior to option of being able to decline contact. I run a successful real world business and contract privately to the US Government. In being a reputable business owner of 20 years now I would never deal with any company who acts in this manner.

The funny part of this all was in the fact that I told this gentleman that I already had the expertise of a very large and successful real estate agency if I needed advice. I have a couple friends who started this agency and turned it into a huge success with well over 30 agents working for them. Upon hearing this Robert Allens guy quickly told me that Real Estate agents lack the ability and the know how to make money in the market. I laughed and advised the young man that I would have to go,he said he would call me back in the near future to see if I was interested in the program. We all know that other old saying about "A cold day in hell"

To all reading this who wish to make money in Real Estate, simply do this. Watch the foreclosure ads in the local papers.Do your homework on these properties prior to bidding. Many of them are in bad shape but as long as the structure is safe ,heating ,plumbing and wiring half decent ,buy, clean, paint and flip. Place ads in the local papers and adboards offering to help people out of foreclosure. If their going to loose the home you can at least help save their credit by having them sign the home over to you with you of course providing the funds for the payoff. This is a method that will allow you to aquire some very nice homes at a fraction of the market value.I had a buddy who did this recently ,bought for $143,000 ,3 weeks later he sold for $238,000 with virtually no work required to the home other than cleaning.

Enjoy

Solutions With A.D. Kessler Program

AUTHOR: Dallin - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Friday, June 18, 2004

First, it's nice to see a report where response is possible. Thank you for making that possible.

Second, I work with the Mentoring program for Dr. A.D. Kessler.

Third, The comments I read here presuppose that the only value comes from the written material, and that the program is exclusively a Lease Purchase Program. These are inaccuracies.

Fourth, We offer the program in a small group class setting that is interactive and each session is 1 to 1 1/2 hours in length. In addition we place no limits on the number of individual calls one can make to our resource line. This program contains over 309 techniques and strategies--and a philosophy of resolving sellers needs.

Fifth, I'd like to encourage any participants in Dr. Kessler's program, who have concerns about received value to speak with us directly. That's the only way we are able to assist.

The rebuttal by Rick say's it all!! ..& Be sure to stay "Free & Clear" from this program

AUTHOR: Reid - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 13, 2004

Hey everyone, I hope this message finds each and every one of you in good spirit and health. The rebuttal posted above by Rick (ex-employee) says it all, and is the only one that's legitimate and really matters here. As an ex-employee of several fraudulent companies, who has nothing to gain by coming to this website and trying to save people, we should all be thankful for Rick. I only hope that he will come around and post more of these and finally put an end to all this sillinest. The only thing that you need to ask anyone who comes on this website to further promote these scams are, if they THEMSELVES are willing to take full responsibility for fully reimbursing you with compensation for time wasted. These so-called "mentoring" programs do not exist!! Gurus have the same amount of time as both you and I and have noting to gain and much to lose by mentoring others to wealth as they claim. I have personally been jacked by this fraudulent third party marketing company responsible for selling me the John Beck garbage. 1. Received my materials really late, even though I had paid for rush delivery. Did not get a refund for the rush delivery, even though it was the company's fault. 2. Inside the package contained a welcome letter, which instructed me to call a toll free number when I was ready to get started. 3. Was interrogated by a first salesman. 4. My call was transferred to Mike Evans (closer), who explained to me that the only way that I would Succeed with the material that I have received was to enroll in his company's "mentoring" program. This was really odd, because the infomercial had no mention of any further investment and already had me believing that the materials that I had purchased was the only materials necessary. The infomercial clearly states "people literally spend thousands of dollars to attend some of John's seminars" this statment would have anyone believe that by ordering this silly program one would not have to invest thousands of dollars (like the people who have attended his seminars) in order to profit from the program. To make a really long story short, I have been scammed by this company and no one at this company is even making an attempt to come foward and rectify this situation. I am really angry and want the whole world to know about these so- called "mentoring" scams, which are nothing but cleverly disguised investment traps. That's why these companies are so quick to tape record any and all conversations which involves an agreement to enroll, but would never tape record any of their fraudulent sales pitches. I am presently in a credit card dispute battle with the fraudulent company responible for selling me John Beck's Free & Clear and John Beck's Amazing Profits. These two programs are scams and I challenge Mike Evans to come foward and prove me wrong. Any LEGITIMATE company that has nothing to hide, would definetely have come foward by now to rectify this situation and would never have allowed this situation to drag out this far. The guilt of knowing they are engaging in fraud, along with the fact they have much to hide and are not willing to stand behind any of their fraudulent claims won't allow them to come in the public eye and address these types of issues. So what do they do? They sit back and hope to catch a few people who have invested in their non-existent "mentoring" program on some kind of technicality (their trap). These goons have wasted more then enough of my time and someone has to be held accountable for compensating me for it. Not to mention all other expenses that are related to being a victim of their silly non-existant "mentoring". I have absolutely no problem in continuing to exercize my constitutional rights as I have already demonstrated and will continue to do so until I have been refunded every single penny and fully compensted and satisfied. This is not a bribe or attempt to blackmail. It's my right however, to continue to warn the public that I have been scammed by them, thus giving the general public pertinent information, based on facts and actual happenings, to make an informed decision. I'm sure everyone's smart enough to know who to believe. I'm going to keep the millions of loyal supporters that visit this site informed about this company's every move (virtual play by play) and attempt to jack me. I have to go for now but will continue to post as much information necessary to protect my fellow consumers from these fraudsters. I am even going to copy and paste a copy of the actual letter that I have sent to my credit card company's dispute department. Until next time, take care cause I care, Aloha from Hawaii & God Bless each and every one of you.

P.S. Don't forget to read my 20 plus (and growing) page report on the fraudulent company that's responsible for selling me their John Beck garbage. Be sure to stay "Free & Clear" from this program, for the only "Amazing Profit's" that will be generated will be the ones going into their pockets. Any and all media companies and attorney who are interested in my story, please contact me through this website.

Robert Allen and Real Estate

AUTHOR: Mike - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, March 18, 2004

Hi!

I saw this and thought I would respond. If you do some homework on "Robert G. Allen", you will find some real estate books, and general how to get rich books.

He has been around for at least 15 years, probably longer and I read a book about that long ago entitled "How To Buy Real Estate With No Money Down" (or something close).

I had found a property that I was about to buy for no money down, and didn't know a thing about real estate. I had gotten the book from the library. It was a good book with lots of good information, most of which I believe still holds true today. I would have gladly paid the price of the book, but since I found it in the public library, it was free.

Several years latter I came across another one of his books called "Creating Wealth" and it was a lot of the same ideas in the first book and a few more, but the main emphasis again was creating wealth using real estate.

The thing with most of these types of books, CDs, instructional videos, and seminars is that the very same information that they provide you is available. You just have to make the effort to go and look for it yourself, which is a lot easier now thanks to the internet.

If you are interested in making money in real estate using his methods, but don't want to pay for the high priced "InfoPacks", find the books I mentioned above, and read them throughly.

As far as Robert Allen himself, I believe he may at one time made a tidy sum in real estate once upon a time, but now probably makes his living by selling the knowledge he has aquired over the years and has expanded that knowledge to include the internet as well.

Do you home-work and spend your money wisely.

Good luck!

PS. I did make money on my real-estate investment, but like everything else, it wasn't easy AND I had to work at it.

AUTHOR: Amanda - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Tuesday, March 16, 2004

I got their free book and CD after paying $5.00 for S/H. it was very informative and worth it. I was also contacted regarding joining their program for real estate which i expressed interest in, for $1540.00.

I thought they were going to offer a free seminar but they didn't offer that, the lady didn't even know what that was. They sort of talked me into sigining up for their program without me really saying i wanted to. Anyway i decided to check him out before i went any further.

UTAH COACHING CLASS by AD Kessler

AUTHOR: Shambhu - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, November 15, 2003

I paid $ 5000 to a real estate coaching class by AD Kessler and the information was not worth it. I think I could have got all that information for $ 100 in a book store. Also, did not make money from their lease purchase. Each 1/2 hour phone call about $ 500; so you do the math.

Also, I got another call from Robert Allen Coaching class from same area.

One more call for $ 5000 boot camp from Ron Legrand.

Bring it home also called from their for 5 to 15 K seminar.

It does appear Salt Lake City has these kind of busineses.

Most of the coaching should come for free from people you respect and trust.

Here we go again "Selling the Dream"

AUTHOR: Rick - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, July 06, 2003

I have posted before regarding this posts regarding the utah companies that sell Biz opps. I worked there on commission and everything is about the money. the product (coaching materials) you can get in any local library or get a mentor at www.score.org for free !!!!! Those seminars are very expensive and not worth the amount of money paid. the thing that is most laughable is the Experts (coaches) that are suppossed to be doing the business are common guys that are paid by appointment.

I ask you to challange them with referrences that you can check. Ask them difficult questions that only experts can answer and you will see how these guys crumble. It's incredible how these companies make tons of money overrating a product like "education you don't get at school". I used to lie " I am calling from the Office of and tell them about the "Success teams" get the credit card information (no credit card numbers just balances and credit limits) and "bracket " them to see how much we can get from them. "It costs too much" It will cost you more not having a business, that was one of the common answers to objections. I love the commisions though, Afters selling $10,000 I got $1600 on commision .A week !!!!! . Of course the owners of the company take another chunk and the lead source (John Beck, Ted Thomas, Stores online etc) took another one and the actual money commited for caocing and materials ended up being less than 10%.

People : Do not buy from those companies, the product is overpriced and you will end up losing your money. Of course the disclaimer is " This is business you can win big, not make money at all or lose your money" I wish someone run a documentary on this state regarding this line of business.I did not know there is an entire industry around this ripoffs. Good luck !!!

Here we go again "Selling the Dream"

AUTHOR: Rick - (U.S.A.)

Response about Robert Allen

AUTHOR: Robert - (U.S.A.)

To Pierre,
I saw that you asked about the Robert Allen course books and the 39.99 payment. Maybe this will help. I purchased the books, hell it only 39.99, but I really wanted to see what he was about. I read the books, they are good and there is alot of information in them. But you should know that they had contacted me about a week later and we went over some information, goals etc. They then said (3 different people) that they would like to work with me directly so I can achieve my goals, but also wanted me to send a money order for 5000.00 dollars, thats right 5000.00 dollars to people I dont know and haven't met. What they talk about is great, they are good at what they do on the phone but I am still hesitant. I am more than willing to invest in my future but like you I am trying to find more information about them first. GOOD LUCK
