In December 2016 I paid 239.50 for trading advice for my Federal Thrift Savings Program (TSP) investments. I received the service, via email alerts, without complaint until April 2017. I stopped receiving email alerts and attempted to contact the company for service. The website lists no customer support or contact informaiton. I fournd an email address via google search of Editor@gmail.com. I notified via this email, multiple times, my difficulty and received no reply.

I would like to say that Robert Dillon of TSPFundTrading.com provides a wonderful service for Federal and Military Employees. I have been a member of his service since 2013 and have no complaints. He provides a very indepth weekly newsletter and IFT allocations that have really benefited my retirement account. He also provides first class customer support, and has always been prompt with his responses to my questions and emails. Many clients expect pie in the sky dreams when they sign up to a service, but what TSPFundTrading provides is a quality service that is geared towards professionalism and top-notch technical analysis. I have been a member to a few other TSP services, though Dr. Dillon's service is my favorite - and I only use his allocations.
