Robert Franklin James JR was ordered via divorcee decree in 12/98 to pay 77.33 a week in child support. From 12/98 until 10/02 he sent between 40-75 a month if I was lucky and skipped many many months in between. From 10/02 to 1/04 he paid 200 a month. Since the end of 1/04 he has not sent anything in child support except for one check that has insufficient funds. Having to go through the IL CSE to get help. Also has not contacted his child in close to 3 years.
