The other descriptions filed on this attorney are totally accurate. It is amazing that he has not had his law license revoked a long time ago. He is the most unscrupulous lawyer.
There was an article in the NY Post in October, 2007 about him where he acted so strange in court the judge commented on his behavior and admonished him. In the article, he brags about his much younger boyfriend and him being featured on an erotic gay website called Daddyhunt.com. I wish I knew about this article and about how unethical he was beforehand. He took advantage of our desparation. BE FOREWARNED.
Our story is the same as the others who filed reports here. He took a large up front retainer, showed up in court with food stains on his dirty, wrinkled clothes, his shirt untucked. He spitted as he talked so fast the judge had to ask him a couple of times to slow down. He definitely appeared to be on cocaine or methamphetamin, he was bouncing around, his eyes were weird, his pupils dilated.
The other attorneys in court and the court officers laughed at him and he seemed to enjoy that attention. You could see by the look on everyone else's faces, they were in total shock at his display.
He drafted a basic discovery motion, well, really, he just copied it from another case he had and actually left his other client's name in it. It also made no sense for our case because the facts and circumstances were different. I don't know if he ever filed it.
Once he got the money, he was totally disengaged and disinterested in our case. When I asked for a partial refund because we paid in advance and realized after the arraignment and the motion we were not going to use him, he refused and laughed, said to sue him.
I cannot understand why he has not been criminally investigated for his obvious drug use, if not indicted, and am amazed he is still allowed to practice law.

The author of this report is an emotionally disturbed man named Donald Glassman.
He was found guilty after trial by a jury of his peers of RAPE in Manhattan.
As his attorney, I got the verdict reversed and Donald got a new trial and for well over 100 hours of work charged him approximately 30,000.00.
He has sued or complained against at least six previous attorneys on unrelated matters including at least two of his divorces. He has Asperger's Syndrome (as it appears to many of our medical experts) which is a form of autism.
Please feel free to contact his present attorneys and they may be able to explain what a tragedy Donald Glassman really is. One look at this individual will speak volumes. He has been previously found guilty of an unrelated incident when he poured toner or ink on a young girl's head who he claimed owed his first Internet bride fifty dollars.
Beside Rape of a woman and another unrelated egregious assault on another young woman, he has scared off and freaked out still more women, most of whom he finds on the Internet to victimize. Even the female Court Reporter during his trial when he was found guilty did not escape Donald's wrath.
His present attorneys, Levine and Vaysburg. Igor and Michael are both honest men. After any attorney client privilege is terminated we are confident that they will explain in gory detail just what a total a-hole and scary person Donald seems to be. Almost all people that meet Donald can immediately see his severe emotional and mental problems.
Please feel free to call me personally and maybe you can attend the legal proceedings that Donald is so frivolously bringing and personally view what a dangerous jerk this man is with your own eyes.
