Rotted plywood not replaced prior to roofing a tear-off. Did not follow photos provided for a deck build. Allowed state license to expire leaving me with no recourse on his shoddy workmanship. BEWARE THIS MAN WHO SAYS HE WAS A NAVY SEAL. HE HAS NO MORALS OR SCRUPLES AND WILL PRICE GOUGE AND CUT CORNERS. HE TALKS A GOOD STORY TO GET THE JOB, BUT HAS NO INTENTION OF DOING WHAT HE SAYS HE WILL.
