This scumlord found a way to swindle us between three different properties, each one worse than the last. All the time arguing that the lease from the first residence "carried over" to th next property. This man decides to move a druggie from one of his other properties next to us, even after knowing what he was selling out of the place. The traffic in and out never stopped after dark. As a result, when I made the mistake of walking outside in the middle of BROAD DAYLIGHT TO MOW THE LAWN, I came back in to find my computer had magically walked out the front door. My first clue should have been when the neighbor waved on his way down the driveway.

Don't waste your time with this man. There's no telling whether something worse could happen to a tenant.
