They have not paid there rent for 4 months, they knows the system very well. You need to not rent to then. They have no jobs. Their son has no job and the daughter is jobless as well. They will tell you that Carson valley will pay for it but they only pay for 2 months. You will be stuck trying to evict them. They also did not change the water to their name so you will get collection call from the electrical company and water company saying you owe money. Please do yourself a favor and don't rent to these people. He also call me a N*, he is racist. He is a sweet talker don't fall for it.
