Robert Sjostrand Failed to refund money Santa Fe, NM Nationwide

Robert Sjostrand is highly unprofessional and dishonest. For three months now, he has continually refused to answer my inquiries as to where my refund is.

He neglected process my daughter's graduation order and took three months to cash our check. Not surprisingly, come graduation, her items did not come in. He refuses to answer my calls and emails regarding my refund.He is a sad example of a professional and ethical salesperson.

I contacted the company and they will send the refund to me directly. I am a bit dismayed that a company as reputable as Josten's would hire such a dishonest and unreliable person.
