Robert Yindra Global City Financial Scam Manitowoc, Wisconsin

Received a letter from Global City Financial in Toronto On stating winner in a E-Lottery.  I was to receive a cash prize of $100,000.  To begin my claims process I was advised to call a licensed and accredited claims agent, with name and number included.  A check was enclosed  for $3,950.00 issued to me as part payment and to enable me to pay for the applicable taxes.  The tax amount was listed as $2,750.00.  The check looked real.  The letter and envelped were suspicious looking, no return address.
