Robert's Reglazing Bathtub reglazing refuses to give me a warranty as advertised or even a receipt for payment Baldwin Park, California

DO NOT USE THIS GUY. I found him on Penny saver. He charged me 240 to reglaze my bathtub and his web site says there is a 5 year warranty. He will did the work and when I asked for a receipt and warranty he claimed he "forgot" his receipt book and the copy of the warranty and promised to mail one to me. It's been almost a month and this guy has not given me the so called 5 year warranty document or receipt despite repeated emails and phone calls. It's rather convenient he "forgets" to give me a receipt so if the bathtub starts peeling or any time thereafter, I will have nothing to prove he did the work.. total swarmy guy. NEVER USE HIM.

We had terrible experiences with Robert (626-905-7072). I asked him about the bad Yelp report against him. I made mistake to take his side and used his service to reglazied the bathtub on my rental unit in Sept 2013. He charged me $350. He wrote on "one year warranty" on my receipt. Bathtub started to peel off after several months, we started to contact him from April 25, 2014. He answered my call first time, I explained to him my situation. He told me to text him pictures to take a look. But he never returned my call or text even i called and texted him several times. So, my tenant voluntarily contact him. Same thing happened, he answered the first time, then said he would call back, but never did. My husband tried too with different numbers. Same things happened.
He answered the phone when the phone looks a new number/new customer to him. Obviously, his warranty was just a lie and his works sucks.
