Yes, it is true that bulldogsnyc is not run by Robin, it is run by a man name Steve Feldman, but I don't believe Mr. Feldman may be doing anything better. I purchased my english bulldog from bulldogsnyc and within 36 hours of bringing him home, he was taken to the vet and diagnosed with parvo. After numerous attempts to contact Steve Feldman, who initially said he would pay for all medical costs, we never received any responses. Thank goodness our bulldog is now doing well, but for anyone serious about wanting an english bulldog, make sure you do your research if you are buying from a "breeder". Steve Feldman won't give you AKC papers, and the vet papers he gives you may or may not be real. The rebuttal I just read about bulldogsnyc says that someone said "your dog should be in shows". Too bad he'd never have the paperwork to prove anything to be able to do that. My dog is great, and there have been so many people who stop us on the street to tell us that, but that doesn't change the fact that he was sold to us in an unfit state, which leads me to believe the conditions where the dogs are being kept aren't so great. Stay away from these websites, and talk to your vet about well-respected breeders in the area. Or, try a rescue dog. There are some that deal specifically with bulldogs.

We purchased our "Louie" English Bulldog from NYBulldogs.Com and he is perfect from the day we picked him out! The Vet even said he is a Well Breed Dog, and whoever we had purchased him from knew what they were doing. Louie is now 6 months old, and is so beautiful, a woman stopped us on the street, and told us he should be a show~dog, that his markings are incredible. We originally went to that woman Robin in Bayside, and her dogs looked so diseased and the filth they were in was incredible, she even had these little puppies running around in her yard and it was cold out, with other dogs. We just couldn't believe what we were seeing. We didn't walk out of there, we Ran. We found out she has suits against her all over the place, that the police are constantly at her house, and she continues to sell sick dogs for years.

We than found NYBulldogs.Com and were amazed at the professionalism and the love that was given to these puppies, that we just couldn't decide, as one was more beautiful than the other. The place was immaculate and they do not push you to buy a puppy, they let you stay and play and inspect the dogs for as long as you like. The outstanding service we received from Chris & Steve, and they are always there to answer any questions we may have had, as this was the first puppy we ever purchased. I would not hesitate to purchase a puppy from them and now we are contemplating on purchasing a female from them. Whoever the person is that tried to tie Robin from Bayside into NY Bulldogs has made a mistake, as these are two seperate businesses, and it disguists me that someone could even think that NYBulldogs is in anyway affilitated with this woman Robin.
