We used Rock Star Auto Glass because of their $150 free gas offer. What a rip off! You have to buy $100 in gas (using your own money), save the receipts and mail them in each month and THEN you are only sent a $25.00 fuel gift card. It takes purchasing $600 in gas and mailing in the receipts before you actually receive the $150 free gas voucher they are so-called giving away.
To add salt to a wound, this company mails you a Hey There! Thank you for using Rock Star letter asking for your return business and to refer a friend. Ha! There is no way I would EVER use their services again OR EVER refer anyone to Rock Star Auto Glass. In fact, a better name for their company would be RIP Off Auto Glass!

My name is Brian, I am the Owner of Rock Star Auto Glass. I am truly upset to read about your problem regarding our gas card offer.
You are correct that to redeem your free gas you would be required to produce receipts stating you did, in fact, use the same brand of gasoline. The program itself was built off of a "customer retention and loyalty" platform.
At this time, we hae discontinued our Gas offer and have decided to only offer our cusotmers CASH ON THE SPOT ;)
I would like to extend our newest offer to you as well. I fell badly that you were displeased and would very much like to make the situation right. Please understand we make every effort to make sure our customers are more han happy with our services, and I would like to make sure you are happy as well.
