 My account was charged twice for $39.99... 4/19 and 5/21. I acknowledge one refund but not the second to my account? Please correct this error... Please Refund all monies for this account. V/r Michael Freeman 

 As a Consumer I am very thorough when using my credit card online to ensure mistakes like this do not happen. Your company charged my card twice before it could be canceled. I've contacted your customer service department several times. Although, One of the charges was refunded to my account but the second has not. Please review your records and settle my account in full. And Please ensure that in the future your online service have full transparency like your Rebuttal. Thank you

Here at Rocket Lawyer we do offer a 7-Day Free Trial which does require a credit card to begin, but so long as the membership is downgraded (cancelled) within the 7-Day Free Trial then there is no billing what so ever. Otherwise, it does convert into the Premium Monthly Plan (that can be cancelled at any time).
