Ordered an item on September 23 and credit card was charged same day for over $500. October 25th and item still not received. Customer Service phone number refers you to website or customer service email. You receive back a generic email that someone will contact you back in 24 to 48 hours but they do not. Will be disputing charge with credit card company.
