Capital Aquisitions And Management Company harrassment and threatening Rockford Illinois

I have recently been contacted by Capital Aquisitions Management Company stating that they have purchased an old debt of mine from Atlantic Financial. This debt is well past the statute of limitations. They use threats, intimidation and harrassment. I have had to change my phone number. I am a senior citizen and I have a limited income.
