Rockin Wellness Purchased a "sample" pack for $4.99. Tried to charge me $119 for joining the VIP program, that I certainly did not do. Bellmore New York

Recommended by a friend who thouroughly enjoyed their product. I went to their website and purchased the $4.99 sample pack of their "Total Body Health Shake".
Received the item quickly.  Tasted pretty good. Thought everything was finished. 
My friend called me a week later to tell me to call my bank asap that she had just been charged $119.  I immediately called my credit card and cancelled my card - even though I thought it may be a fluke becuase I know full well that I didn't sign up for anything crazy.
Well, well, well, 3 days later I recieved an email saying that they cannot ship my next VIP shipment because the payment didn't go through.  I tried to call their customer service phone #, could not sit on hold forever, so I decided to email them and tell them to remove my name & any other info that I did not sign up for any VIP program.  I double checked my invoice that I had & there was no record of a pending charge. A few more days go buy and I get another email stating that they were unable to charge my cc therefore they cannot ship out my shipment.
I am not crazy, I usually read the full disclosure when I make online purchases and uncheck any odd boxes, etc. Nowhere in any font was there a notice that I was 'joining' any VIP program.  I am so thankful to my friend for calling me and telling to call my bank immediately as I do not have $119 laying around for schemish things of this nature. They have a good product, but are ruining it by their sales tactics.
