How can a contractor protect themselves from not getting paid after a job is done, besides putting a lein on the property? What could 'Homes by Rockwell' sign Before the job to ensure to get paid? I am a contractor about to do some work for 'Homes by Rockwell' and I just read your comment, now I am not sure I want to do the job.
