This bogus loan company gets information off of the internet for people with poor credit looking for a personal loan. They call and offer a loan with upfront fees that will go toward your loan payment. They fax the fake loan documents for you to sign and have you fax back the documents with a voided check, pay check stub, and your drivers license. You send the payments they require through a money gram. The money is supposed to be wired into your account that night. When the money isn't there and you call back they say that more money is needed to proceed with the loan. They fax you a "guarantee" letter that when the additional money is received your money will be in your account within 3 hours. Again no money is wired and when you call back they tell you a refund check is in the mail. All a complete scam! They sound very pleasant and professional. They even call you back throughout the waiting process and let you know what number you are in line for your loan to go through. The address is bogus, the name is bogus, but the fax number is going somewhere!! There has to be a way to find these people and get their "clients" money back. We all need to call and continue to harass them and get it investigated as much as possible. I know it is a needle in a haystack search, but just as they found us, we need to find them. They said they get clients from First Line Financial Services. They may need to be contacted also.

I was a victim of a SCAM like this

AUTHOR: Sandra - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, June 25, 2007

I went through the exact same thing with FIRSTLINE Financial Services. I have filed a report here at rip off.com. I was nieve and very desperate with my fianancial situation to believe a scam like this. I have reported the company to the BBB and FTC, but don't know how good that will help. I feel for the millions of people that get ripped off like this. Any other information on what I can do will be helpful.

Here's an idea.

It may not work but try reporting them to www.ic3.gov and the BBB. Maybe if enough people report them then they might do something. Maybe put together a class action lawsuit against them.
