Program determines what you qualify for and spends every last dime and more, Maintain they are your advocate yet every move they make benefits the contractor, Program determines what your house has to have regarding improvements staff is responsible for formulating write up , all inspections and pay out. They fail to disclose all costs involved charge you many times for the same work, fail to disclose known ommissions and wait for you to discover what's wrong.
Roofed 1/2 my roof, left live wires below in the crawl space, stole an electric service panel, disconneted power to my shop, storage and garage and blamed me for violating warentees when I had it reconnected. Wood fkoors were sanded and then waxed, Corrective efforts required I move out a 2nd time at my own expense. Later reimbursed $700 but takxed as an employee.
Cost for correction exceded actual cost and taken from my loan as well.Program has been audited, staff suspended and is wrought with scam and kickbacks yet there is no advocacy or restitution to the victems.
My homes crawlspace is covered with mold after a waterline damaged during my absence burst and leaked under ground for almost two years. Foundation is cracking and the house is unsaleable at current market rates. Watch out these guys are slippery. They act like your buddy's but don't give a s**.
