I read all threads on RMRMInc on this site. As an ex-homeowner, I too have had serious issues with Jeffery. All started fine, however I began noticing additional cleaning fees added to my account. Sometimes and extra room another time an extra cleaning to the house when it was not rented out. I know this because I cleaned the rooms myself or I knew for a fact the house was vacant. We also noticed that if you don't read your email from RMRMInc very carefully or answer back to them (Jeffery) in a timely matter he will at his desgretion go in and conduct a very expensive Spring cleaning... Jeff also attempted to charge our credit card without our consent numerous times. These issues and others we have personally noticed, documented and filed a police report in Summit county. I strongly encurage anyone having similar issues with RMRMInc to contact the local police department and document their incident. In our case we were told that there where numerous complaints filed on RMRMInc/Jeffery locally and at the BBB of Colorado in Denver and that they will seek the advise of the local State Attorney's Office to see if this case along with others like it meet the States criminal guidelines. We where unable to resolve our issues with RMRMInc and come to terms on the corrrect amount owed. Therefore we terminated our contract... This did not go well!!! RMRMInc is now harassing us calling after 9 pm and attemping to collect on fees that are in dispute. However, if you know your rights well you can send them a cease and desist letter which RMRMInc/Jeffery is now in violation. We have additional documentation and witnesses if ever an attorney would like to make a class action case or if RMRMInc ever decide to take us to civil court. At this point, I have stopped all communications with RMRMInc and requested he takes this issue to small claims court or go to a meidiator. He has refused but still continues to harass us with 2 to 3 phone calls daily. RMRM/Jeffery quoted an email I sent him early last year and posted it here on this site claiming im still a happy client. Im not and when he did the posting on this site and quoted me it was months after we terminated his services.  The praise I gave him was missed directed. I praised his cleaning staff for work well done, I always have, not his personal managing skills, his attitude nor his attemps to defraud us.
