I sent a 30 year old roll of 8mm film to be processed. they said it would take a year. I called several times and was always told not yet. the same lady answered every time and was very nice. now it is two years. after reading all of these complaints i guess i should forget it. Why isn't something being done about this? At least to get the film back. Thanks for any help.
