Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We purchased a property from Rodney Wollman that was found to be overpriced and under water, literally (flooded). Buyer beware. He seemed legit (although we thought there was something unauthentic about him). Then we checked Google and saw that he is a felon from New York who cheated customers in his previous business. Should have checked BEFORE purchasing property. Trust your instincts. His tag line should be: "I have swampland in Florida to sell you." Sorry to say we got scammed by a true con man.

The report filed on January 2, 2018 by "william” claiming that he purchase a property in Delray Beach from Rodney Wollman is fraudulent. I am the actual William Hasson who actually purchased the Delray property. The property is beautiful and we are VERY pleased with everything it offers. Whomever wrote this negative post is obviously trying to hurt Rodney, as this does not accurately reflect the transaction we had with him. We LOVE our new home and it’s nothing short of spectacular. Also Rodney has been a wonderful person who has gone above and beyond to help us assimilate and become comfortable in the home. I would hope that anyone who reads the original post can read between the lines. The author is clearly biased. Please disregard those negative comments. Not only are they misleading, but I don’t appreciate having my identity fraudulently attached to them. Sincerely, William R. Hasson The REAL William
