They offered product free with shipping and handling for $9.99, product was received, but after 3-4 days i see credit card transaction of $19.99 by ROK7.COm which was never told and authorized, they just put a transaction but it was automatically declined by my credit card, but they should not be doing unauthorized transactions, i was actually not charged but i could have been if my credit card limit was not reached.
