waited 2 days for somebody to come and look at a hanging heater. Fuinally showed up at 4 in the afternoon. blew through a diagnosis, and I was told there was no power to the unit. got a bill for 183.16. had an electrition come to site, guess what. full power to the box. heater doesn't work. 5 days now without heat and can't get an answer when they might come back. Roland j Down "used" to have the maintnance contract.
