The report stated is not true! when the car was delivered to us it was just to rub back the car and a full respray! We tried to explain to the customer that doing this is not the right way as it was a Kombi van that had a fair bit of rust! The right way was to get all the rust out then respray, unfortunately the customer didn't have the funds to do this so we had to go the easy way round, in the end it took weeks to retrieive any money from the customer, the car sat at our residence for over four months until the customer found the funds to pay us, to this day he still owes $2000 that has never been payed.
