Rommel promisd to pay me back the money I lent him to issue an SBLC from GEBS. He said he would pay me back when he came back from Hong Kong to San FranSisco. This was October 2014. Till this day he has not made good on his payment. Contractually he has failed ot perform on the SBLC that was issued. Hence he does also owe me lost commissions on a breach of contract basis.
