The heater that was sold on CL in question was purchased and used once in November of 2013 for a floor installation job.  With no need to keep the item, I decided to post it on CL.  I have bought and sold many items on CL before.  I recorded a video of the heater in the morning that I sold it, as to give the buyer an idea of its working condition.  The client saw the video of the item, inspected the item, and then purchased the item.  I did not refuse any phone calls, but in my line of work, have no time for phone interruptions throughout the day.  Upon getting texts, I responded promptly to the accusations and professionally.  While feeling bad about what happened with the heater, I stand on the fact that it was used, never used in such hot conditions, came with no warranty, and was sold as-is.  I am not so stupid as to try and scam someone with a faulty product, while responding with emails and texts with all of my business information included.
