RONALD D HOWARD - MONEYBAGSFS.BIZ my house was stolen by this man in Ontario County NY after making an agreement in June of 2006 that he would sell my house or find a qualified rent to own person he would take over payments and what ever he made above and beyound payoff was his payoff Ripoff FARMINGTON New York

If it sounds to easy it is, I was looking thru a local paper and ran across this ad that stated "We buy Homes" no Equity,Fast close, no problem. I called and the games began, I did not like his moneybags name but after meeting the so called investor of homes and his demeanor(small town farmer from Stanley who just fixes up houses to sell) I started getting more interested, he said he went to Florida to learn this way of removing the middleman(realtor)and if there was not much equity no problem, mind you I had A 1 credit when I met this person.

We came to an agreement after me finding a home with my family in Woodstock, Ga and the lawyer he picked was someone whom I was familiar with since he also was my parents tax acct and did their will. That is another issue all together, never let someone say they have your best interest in mind whether they though they did or not. I foolishly signed some documents making him a trustee and a limited power of attorney, this was told to me that only for the reason of if there is a quick buyer or a transaction then I wouldn't have to fly home to do paperwork and it would give him the right to handle the rent to own clients,!

Long story short he is a scam artist, he took advantage of another couple in same subdivision while living in my house, he broke a agreement to move into my house which I thought if he needs to spiff up somethings fine not live there then bring in someone who called herself the cleaning lady.When things went bad was after the female started taking all emails and calls, before that we would talk on a monthy basis and he would catch me up on the status, he was almost always close to late on the payment 923.00 but was late in December and in November stopped having contact all together to this day.

Well I called his or my lawyer and said get him out, revoke his trustee, etc which took from Jan to April, borrowed money to go watched him and his accomplice be removed and hired a legitmate realestate company that sameday and flew home think It was over,well on April 12 th he walked into the county clerks office and transferred the title to his name with out anything but a signature, thats all that is needed in that office they say he signed my name on tax forms to NY state and I have called everyone from the clerk supervisor to the FBI they all say its a scam, noone willing to prosecute, was told by DA they can't make him talk with them, what a bunch of crap and now I find out a month after he did this that I can't sell,rent,or sit in the house I was to pay for, so the realestate company had to pull out also,he uses forms off a site called (((Redacted))) may have changed up his way of doing things but its still the worst case of house stealing in that county and they can't seem to figure out how to undo it , oh yeah sue the crook, he doesn't show up for any court dates(eviction)or answer any mail or phone calls, plus he's broke and he did this to me because I caught on and removed him, well alot of good that did me I've worked on this since Novemeber of o6 and now I've given up Citimortgage has been told over and over and they still have no idea what I have, finally today I said "MY house is gone forced into foreclosure,have no way of getting it back or no more money to expend on this fiasco.

I've learned to many lessons over the last 13 months and really can't take much more, no help is the problem,everyone agrees he's wrong but now they don't know what to tell me noone wants to expend the energy, I've done the foot work just ask the questions. he's also had 4 attorneys since June of 2006 I have everybit of information on him except blood type and I may just get that too, there has to be a catagory with some agency for this type of fraud a woman at NY AG office said she heard of a case almost verbatum in western NY and the FBI was checking it out, I'm sure I'm just not telling the right people, I did it daily till I finally go a job here after many months of fighting and praying and pleading for someones help. The other couple in the same subdivision that he ripped off had moved Mississippi and he just did not pay their mort or taxes so I guess they still have house.

Well thats all I can say for now, so tired of telling this story, what a mistake I made, though I have paid for it dearly and the family most of all, want this guy taken down somehow...(((Redacted)))Would love to speak to the other couple and compare notes but everything is so TOP SECRET in Ontario county NY since they may have made a mistake which noone will admit it, yes I did buy paid to undo,they still think its civil, he told the state he assumed mortgage and on another document it said the sale was other. So who knows not me or anyone else in that state.
