 Thank you for helping expose Ronald Downey for what he is.

The more people who know hes a Sociopath and Scam Artist who preys on the weak and vulnerable, the better off everyone will be.  Then they can see thorough him when he passes himself off as a doctor, church leader, trust director or whatever hes pretending to be these days.

Most want to forget they ever met the good Doctor and dont take time to publicize their experiences.

I encourage you to publicize the specifics you know of; it seems youve know Downey for a long time?

Everything she says is true. I have information about R.A.D. that his "patients" don't have. Everything that has been alleged is true. I know that he killed his dog, for instance. Not out right with a knife or gun, but by neglect, which is even more cruel. But this does not bother him because he has no conscious. That is why his arrest record is important. Because he lies, cheats, and scams his way through life. When you think about it, he is a very sad case. He is 52 years old and has NO family, NO home, and NO one who will be there for him as he gets ever older.

I believe that the person (Ernst?) who is rebutting what you write is actually Ronald Allen Downey himself. I know of no one else who has known him for any length of time that still trusts or cares for him. He rips off everyone he meets and uses everyone who would be his friend. He is to be pitied.

I feel sorry for all the vulnerable people out there who have had the misfortune to be taken advantage of by him. Especially the disadvantaged such as the children in Africa. The god he represents here on earth certainly does not seem to care about suffering people if he allows someone such as Ronald Allen Downey to come into their lives.

Heres a sample of the credibility difference between myself and Greg Ernst, a.k.a. Ronald Downey. Greg (Ronald) is stating there was no arrest for Animal Abuse and hoping people will believe him. I have a background report that documents the arrest for Animal Abuse on Oct. 3, 2007 and Ive provided the county and case number so people can check it out for themselves.    

Greg/Ronald claims to have called somewhere and found out that the arrest never took place. (Down the road I wouldnt put it past him to assume yet another name in order to make more posts claiming to have investigated and found that it never happened.) 

Remember, this is coming from a man who convinces people hes a Doctor in order to rip off the sick and elderly. In reality, Ronald Downeys degree is a certificate he purchased online for $29. 

The bottom line is this: Greg/Ronald (or whatever name he uses) wants you to believe him just because he says so. I want people to check it out for themselves.   

A quick and simple check and phone call reveals that NO ARREST EVER OCCURRED!  There were indeed cases, and these were DISMISSED!  The Alaska case was SUMMARILY dismissed due to lack of ANY evidence, false accusations and unfounded claims!  The Judge even REBUKED the prosecutors! Read the final disposition of the case, its ALL there!  Just because you don't LIKE someone, does NOT make them a bad person!  And, in this case, this man Ronald Downey appears to be a VERY good person, loved and revered by those who UNDERSTAND his message.  Jerri2020 either does NOT know him, completely misunderstands him, or just plain does not LIKE him and has decided to unfairly and dishonestly PERSECUTE him!  I'd say THATS a rip-off!

You seem to take animal abuse lightly. I do not.

If you read the other reports on Ronald Downey the rip off is very clear, complete with another arrest for Felony Scheme to Defraud.

The Animal Abuse arrest information is to provide context.  In trying to prevent others from being scammed by Dr. Ronald Downey his criminal background was posted.

In claiming to be a doctor, healer, and man of God, background and character become relevant. 

Ronald Downey was never arrested for this.  It seems the original comments are a lie. Vimot has it right... Who Cares?  Obviously there's a personal agenda here, driven by insecurity.  What a shame.

but what has this to do with being ripped off? This sight is called 'Ripoff Report". That means it is a forum for people to report "RIPOFFS". Not to try and get at some unknown schmuck who may or may not have been arrested for some horses escaping or whatever. Who the *beep* cares? You're wasting virtual paper in my opinion.

Maybe the question should be this: Is it in Dr Downeys interest to convince people that the arrest was something other than what it clearly states? You decide.

Ronald Downey was NEVER arrested for animal abuse.  His horses got out of their corral and went to eat grass at a neighboring farm.  He brought them back.  As is sometimes the case, the neighbor took exception and complained, as is their right.  The court asked for improvements to the corral which were made, and there have been no further issues.  The case was dismissed.  As far as being "arrested", it never happened.  This has been misrepresented.  Check the facts!
