I was solicited by Ronald Shallow. He claimed to offer loans. After siging the Loan Agreement, I was told to pay to his lawyer a fee of $475.00. It was paid. Since that time, the loan was not delievered. Alos, he has not returned my calls, texts and emails.

He is a scammer. His assoicates are Renee Lee and Cynthia Thomasello. Stay away. Ronald Shallow is a Sociopath!
