My story is close to the same as the others. But I would like to add that I feel these so called tax attys took my money knowing that I was not eligable for a offer and compromise as they submited nothing to the IRS until I had payed them in full (10 months) and then less than a week they had a letter to me saying there was nothing they could do for me and refused to refund any money or have anything to do with me. If anyone hears of any class actions against them let me know. My situation happened in 2001 and I am out over $4000.00.

Clayton, you need to report Roni to the California State Bar Association www.calsb.org . Your situation is very typical of Roni and she needs to be stopped. She's getting very wealthy off the backs of middle class people that are in financial straights. I'd say as many as 30% of all of her clients in the past have a story similar to yours. You can also file a formal complaint with the IRS, The Better Business Bureau, The California State Bar Association and the Federal Trade Commission. Call the law office and ask if Russell Deutch and Scott Juceam are still seeing prostitutes on their lunch hours. These people are greedy scum. I quit my job when I found out about the sleaziness of their operation.
