THIS YEAR, I HAVE PURCHASED, WASHER, DRYER AND DISHWASHER FROM ROSE APPLIANCE. THE WASHER NEVER WORKED, ALTHOUGH THE TECH CAME OUT A NUMBER OF TIMES. FINALLY I INSISTED THAT IT BE REPLACED. ROSE APPLIANCE ATTEMPTED TO CHARGE ME A "DELIVERY" CHARGE FOR THE REPLACEMENT!!! I REFUSED, AND THE OWNER CONTINUED TO HARRASS ME. THE DISHWASHER HAS NEVER WORKED PROPERLY. IT IS AN AMANA, AND WILL WORK ON ONLY ONE CYCLE - AND THE DISPENSER FOR THE "FINISH" PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL!!! I HAD HAD MY PREVIOUS APPLIANCES - NOT PURCHASED FROM "ROSE," 16 YEARS. THE TECH FROM "ROSE" TOLD ME THAT I "WOULD BE LUCKY IF THESE LASTED SIX YEARS!!!"
