My sister died on August 19, 2017 so I had cancelled the cruise. I submitted a claim #170731WTP140151 with Travel Insured and they asked me to submit the following: Cruise invoices, cruise itinerary, cruise line terms & conditions, cruise payments, cruise refund, and travel agent or tour leader cancellation statement.
