Me wife was stopped by the CHP on Wed, January 7th 2009. They towed her car to an impound lot (Rose Towing) an stored her car there for a few hours until she could get a release of impound from the CHP. Rose towing stole about 14 packs of cigarettes out of the front passenger seat of the car. When she arrived home the car was empty and nothing was to be found. Hope you enjoy the cigarettes you thief's.
