 i was injured at work 2 times - on april 21 2014than on may 20 2014, i went to Rosenberg & Rosenberg pa on may 20 2014 for a consultation - robert anslemo took my info after a 15-20 min. consultation when i told robert anslemo that in 2005 i was baker-acted for 4-6 weeks he pulled pout a contigence fee agreement. i told him and tried to provide noted and recordings i had from work that would assist rosenberg & rosenberg pa with my claim og injury. heart palpilations and emotional injury caused by my 11+ months working at ocean pub 101 in hollywood florida - but he said i don't need to look at it or listen to the recordings.  

I continued to explain that in 11 months i was decieved and worked for 4 different managers and 3 different chefs because the restaurant was a hostile work place and all of the chafs and managers never worked at the same time that it was 1 or the other and that all were fired...  and than the next hired- i also continued to explain that there were co-workers that could give statements that would give them information to assist with my claim - i also told him that apparently i was fired on may 3 some time after my 2nd injury - that i heard it from felix the dishwasher - and i also told rosrnberg & rosenberg pa that nobody would provide me with the  WORKMENS COMPENSATION INFO - OR HAD IT..  to this day i am emotionally disturbed that a fory lauderdale detective has contacted me about threats i apparently made because of my disturbed though process.  rossenberg & rosenberg manipulated me into a verball agreement on july 25 2014 when i went into his office to give a scheduled deposition -

between may 20 2014 and july 25 2014 rosenberg & rosenberg never told me that  THEY HAD ISSUES  with discovery that they had to file a motion to produce the discovery because the attorney for the employer failed to turn over the discovery in a timley manner...   instead of calling me into their office to discuss the discovery rosenberg & rosenberg allready decied without consultating me thast they gave up on the case because the attorney and employer were going to take the case to trial and rosenberg & rosenberg than decided to manipulate me into seatteling the case because rosenberg & rosenberg gave up and did not want to give the energy to defend my claim of injury --

and Rosenberg & rosenberg pa as a scheme of fraud along with the attorney for the employer-- DARIEN MCMILLAN of QUINTAIROS ,PRIETO, WOOD AND BOYER PA  from FORT LAUDERDALE FLORIDA .prior to my arriving on july 25 2014 for a deposition conspiried togather to manipulate me.....        than robert ansleme and paul s rosenberg  the attorneys for me filed fraudlent documents cancelling the hearings that were comming up by stating that the claimant { me} recieved the requested medical cars .. this was a lie and because the documents were transmitted over the wire and through the mail is mail and wire fraud as an organisied scheme...
