I got a call form this place saying i had a bad payday loan over due and that they was filing a sute on me if i dont pay the $1816.00 I owe and then they would tack on another $4,000.00 for filling fees and an addtional $5,000.00 in fines and a 25 yr prison term. when talking to others and resurching the phone number i got i found out that the scam has hit about 5,000 people in the USA and i want to fix this since I didnt want to go to prison again for longer this sime the scare tactic worked and i gave them my credit card number and then they said that its maxed out and so this agent gibbard told me to go buy a reloadable credit card from a store and then put $454.00 for the first payment then reload the card on my payday of $227.00 for every two (2) weeks untill the debt is paid then once I found out that this is a scam i call the card company and cancled that card and now I am going to file a law sute with the help of my probation officer so we can get this scam settled for all of us....

How does anyone fall for this garbage?

Have you ever taken a payday loan? Have you ever even had that much money at one time? Why would you fall for this? I would think most ex cons are street savvy enough not to be conned. I always thought you can't con a con. I guess it ain't so.

Maybe you should have stayed in school and out of jail, etc.

By the appearance of your post, the only conclusion I come to is that you are a moron. Anyone with a shred of common sense would have known that was a scam right away.If you would have stayed in school, and out of jail, you may not have been illiterate as you are now.You can NEVER go to jail for a collection account.

Debst are a civil matter. You cannot be arrested or jailed for any civil matter. Only criminal acts get you arrested, and jailed.
Maybe your probation officer should have explained this to you.

Stop being a moron. Go back and finish the third grade and you should be ok.
