I am a widow, with limited funds. I live in a small house that had a small leak. I found Bill Rouch in Craigslist. He responded immediatley. He heated a small piece of rubber and afixed it to my roof. I told him that was not where the leak was coming in but he said gravity caused the water to move all through the roof. Anyway he charged me $150 cash..It rained 2 day later andthe roof leaked worse than ever..I called and called him..No response. I'm an idiot with a leaky roof. I could just cry.
