I’m disappointed to note that as of today, March 26, 2020 I have not received full compensation of the remaining outstanding amount of $1,499.98

On the date of February 24, 2020 I was scheduled to receive full compensation of The total amount of $2,299.98 from Route 007 owned by “Nick” AkA Adrian Maties (also owner of https://fulltruckingservices.com) for transportation services performed.

the excuses started being made about DOT was conducting an investigation ( not my problem) however he made the bold excuse as this was the reason for the delay and that i would be paid fully, this was not the case at all. The last payment i got was a $800 wire. I attempeted to call back the following week for the full payment, this time he had a woman answer and make more lies and how i could not be paid.

"By the way you can change the date of any post if you own a blog or ever had one you know this." On his website he actually mentions a simular situation on his company blog; https://fulltruckingservices.com/2019/07/25/keeping-your-business-going-starts-with-safety/

So, after days, turned weeks of verbal and textual conversations via calls, emails between Me and “Nick” AKA Adrian Maties the owner of Route 007 (also owner of https://fulltruckingservices.com) Who I fully completed all work/transportation services as my responsibility required, promising to make full payment of my compensation due. Adrian Maties aka “Nick” stoped and currently is not answering my phone calls or replying to any of my emails or my text messages.

Today is March 126, 2020. A full month has passed without being paid for the work I completed under the OTR Dispatch of Route 007 owner “Nick” aka Adrian Maties.

At this point, I’m taking more aggressive motions regarding “Nick” Adrian Mates ( Owner of Dispatching services at Route 007 www.route007.com and https://fulltruckingservices.com) to fulfill is many promises and obligations as a owner of a business in America to operate truthfully and with integrity. 

“Nick” aka Adrian Maties is a lier, a scam artist and operates with no integrity and dose not speak with truth and candor. All of his companies are all shell/aged corporations with virtual addresses.
