BEWARE OF THIS DEALER. HE SELLS PRODUCT TO CUSTOMERS THAT ISN`T PAID FOR. THEN HIS VENDORS COME AFTER HIS CUSTOMERS AND ARE TRYING TO REPO THE PARTS LIKE ENGINES AND PARTS THAT WERE INSTALLED. AFTER THE SALE HE DOESN`T ANSWER THE PHONES I HAD TO SEARCH FOR A CELL PHONE LISTING ON THE INTERNET TO FINALLY GET KYLE AND KENT ON THE PHONE. AFTER WHICH TIME HE TOLD ME BECAUSE I TRIED TO CALL SO MANY TIMES LEAVING MESSAGES I COULD F OFF. I AM LOST WITH WHAT TO DO NEXT AS THIS GUY SEEMS TO HAVE ALL THE ANGLES COVERED. DON`T GET SUCKED IN.

This guy is out of Alberta Canada, RJ performance. My company purchased parts thought RJ performance in cananda. My company purchased a set of 8 Ford 7.3 L diesel injectors. When they arrived 5 out of the 8 were defective right out of the box. When I called John at RJ performance and explained the issue I was having, he refused to pay any labor or to even warranty the part. I then cancelled the payment and sent all defective parts back to them. And this is the response he left for me. He expected me to pay for the defective parts! He is very dishonest. He sells parts but does not stand behind them or make things right. I will not do business with him ever again at RJ performance as you can see the feed back he left me. If you look at his feed back you will find many complaints about his fraudulent business dealings. -Kent @ Route 247.
