Route 66 Funding Harrassing phone calls at work and wouldn't take that I couldn't receive phone calls at work Albany New York

I took out a loan to help pay some bills that my husband and myself had to pay off. When I took out this loan, they made it sound like it would be paid off in a couple of months. When they kept going after my account, I made sure there wasn't any money in the account so that they wouldn't take anything else out of it. As soon as I had the balance covered and back in the positive and wanted to close my account, they told me I couldn't because they again tried to take money out of my bank account. I then switched banks, because they were eating up all the money I was making, because they kept filing on the account even though they new that it was overdrawn in the first place and a payment was returned. I then called and asked them why they are continuing to take out payments, and they stated that I never paid off my loan, which indeed I did months prior, but they had no record of me paying off the loan. Now they are harrassing me at work, and asking to talk to one of my supervisors. I told them that I could not have personal phone calls at work and didn't want to accept it and also told him to call me at home, if he wanted to settle this. He did not like what I had to say and wanted to talk to my supervisor. My supervisor then transferred them to my Human Resource Dept, to handle. I told this gentleman (JAMES), that if he continued to bother me at work that I would be filing a HARRASSMENT charge against him and his company if he didn't quit calling me at work. He then hung up the phone call. He was not willing to take a MONEY ORDER payment and also, they have incurred some outragious amount I now have to pay.
