Hey everyone! This is Spencer Patton, the owner of Route Consultant, replying to this message. I would like to take a little time to personally respond to this post.

1) We all know that *anyone* can get online and post *anything* -- and that certainly does not make it true. Unfortunately, there are people that have gone online to try to undermine our reputation with false claims.

Litigation absolutely happens in this industry. If you've spent much time in the business world, you know that it is an unfortunate, but still possible outcome that we work hard to stay away from. The claims about Route Consultant paying to settle claims, committing fraud, practicing business illegally, etc. are simply untrue.

2) For anyone that is nervous about this negative review -- I extend a personal invitation to have a direct phone call with me or my staff. Given the opportunity to have a couple minutes on the phone together, I am completely confident that you will come away from our conversation with your own conclusions about whether or not we operate with integrity.

For clarification purposes Routes For Sale, LLC and/or Ron Slusser has not authored or authorized this posting (Report: #1487407). Specifically, the poster of Report: #1487407, "Ron from Florida" is not Ron Slusser or anyone affiliated with Routes For Sale. At this time, we do not know the identity of the author.

In addition, we intend to file a complaint with the courts for defamation of character and identity theft once we discover the author of this post.
