Rowan Real Estate & Robyne Stone Las Vegas Nevada a liar and a thief!

Like many others in town, my rent is due the 1st of every month. I've never made a single late payment. Even if that meant working until 11:30p.m. and rushing down to Rowan Real Estate to make sure my check went into the drop-box before midnight. I would think after over a year of always paying my rent on time, they would be understanding of an emergency situation. 

I gave Robyne a call to let her know my dad was sick and I needed to leave town immediately. Of course, this was the day before rent was due. I explained how I had been on a tight budget and asked if it would be alright to pay my rent at the end of the week when I got paid. To my surprise, she looked up my payment history and said she would make a "note" in their system that she would extend my due date. I should have known better because when I paid my rent at the end of the week I received an email notification of late fees. I called Rowan Real Estate to let them know of the mistake. They told me there was no "note" of the situation and that Robyne was busy at the moment. I waited two hours before she finally called me back, denying our entire conversation and told me that unfortunately I had to pay the late fees. What a b****! She must of forgotten to make that "note" and instead of owning up to her own mistake, she just played stupid! 

How could anybody trust this woman? Makes me wonder what else she lies about to everyone.
