Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Rebate for $20 on Easy Media Creator 7 was submitted within time limits, and with all required proofs. Rebate was refused with this note: "barcode submitted is not eligible" Yet the instructions indicate that the product is eligible. There is no answer at their phone number.

After much searching for phone numbers and many voice mails, and several hours, I reached a person with the web site www.rebateshq.com. After much back and forth the person validated my rebate and claims that a check will be sent out.
We'll see.
